Adriana joined Ceridian in 2022 with over 25 years of experience in Payroll and using Preceda. Her passion and love for the product and our customers is evident in every training session she delivers.

Anna has worked with Preceda since 2013 as an Implementation Consultant and Trainer for our customers.

For Anna, it is very satisfying to help bring customers to a place where they are excited to go live with Preceda and genuinely looking forward to it with new confidence.

Minhaz has recently joined Ascender/Ceridian as a Trainer and Consultant.

He enjoys the human interaction and the satisfaction that comes from helping someone to solve a problem.

Minhaz creates a welcoming environment for all customers and provides the highest quality services.

Nichole has been with Ascender / Ceridian since 2012 and has progressed from being one of our key Preceda Trainers as she expanded her experience into consulting.  Today she is the Lead Business Consultant and heads up the Training Team.

Nichole has worked in the training industry for many years and has been involved in the implementation and training of CRM’s and Payroll software, with a passion for knowledge sharing and learning via a consultative approach.  With a strong training background, Nichole brings quality, customer-focused training deliverables to the business.

Having worked in the Industry for many, many years and the majority of these years using Preceda, Rebecca has seen the product evolve and strives to share her knowledge with clients during her training sessions.

During these years, Bec has worked in the industry as a Payroll Processor & Product Consultant and continues to enjoy working with our customers to educate and use the system to their best advantage. Seeing our customers learn and grow, then leave the session with confidence to use and share their new found knowledge is very rewarding for Bec.
