Preceda General Ledger

Preceda General Ledger Training session will show participants how to maintain the interface configuration of your leave liability and payroll costing into your General Ledger. Participants will learn how to maintain General Ledger parameters and their relationship to your costing levels set by employee, establishing parameters for payroll tax, labour and leave on-costs.

  • Process a General Ledger Interface File
  • Report on General Ledger information via Extractor



An understanding of company Payroll and General Ledger costing structures is essential, additionally payroll users should have successfully completed Preceda Payroll New User Training.
