Preceda Time New User

Preceda Time New User Training session is designed for clients who are implementing the Time Module within Preceda. It will provide new Preceda Time users with knowledge of the administration features necessary to maintain Preceda Time, including employee set-up, schedules, and processing reported time data. The session also covers how to approve time, and process the standard reports.

Description

At the completion of this Training session, participants will be able to:

  • Competently navigate around the Preceda Time Module
  • Establish Time details onto an employee record
  • Create and maintain Primary Schedules, Standard Schedules and Generic Schedules, for individual employees, and employee groups
  • Mass enter Time Records for groups of employees
  • Review and maintain Reported Time
  • Approve Reported Time
  • Process standard Time Reports
  • Create and export the Time file with the calculated hours into Time Card entry
  • Review History files 

Prerequisites

Participants should have completed the Preceda Introduction session, and should have an understanding of the existing time interpretation rules within their own organisation
