Preceda Performance Management

Preceda Performance and Talent Management session will enable participants to create a Performance Review workflow in Preceda, using Roles, Tasks and Actions. Customising the Review Form and Creating Ratings Models are also included in this Training day. Also during this session, participants will learn how to create a Probation Review workflow.

At the completion of this Training session, participants will be able to:

  • Map out a Performance Review workflow requirement for their organisation
  • Create and maintain a Performance Review workflow
  • Manage workflow tasks in the absence of tasks not being completed
  • Apply a simple workflow test plan
  • Create and maintain a Probation Review workflow
  • Archive Performance Review forms
  • Monitor Performance Reviews

Prerequisites

Participants must have an understanding of their own organisational Performance Review process, and must have successfully completed Preceda Workflows session, at least two weeks prior to this session. See next page for details of other Preceda functionality to be implemented prior to implementing Performance Reviews.
