Preceda Learning Management

Preceda Learning Management Training workshop is designed for clients who are implementing Learning Management. During this session, rules will be established to suit your business requirements; test data will be entered to ensure that the outcomes achieve your identified requirements.

This session will enable participants to establish and maintain Training records within their organisation. You will learn how to establish Training courses and sessions as well as manage trainers, venues and equipment.

At the completion of this Training session, participants will be able to:

  • Competently navigate around the Preceda Training Module
  • Establish and maintain Training Courses, with Aims, Prerequisites, and Nominations
  • Establish and maintain Training sessions, with Trainers, Venues, and Participants
  • View and maintain Training Histories
  • Record and report Training expenditure
  • Establish and process individual Employee Development Plans
  • Establish and maintain individual Formal Education records
  • Create a basic Training Workflow, to allow employees to register for scheduled Training from ESS
  • Write basic reports over Training data

Prerequisites

Participants should have completed the Preceda Introduction session, and should have an understanding of Training and Development policy of the organisation.
