Preceda Safety Management

Preceda Safety Management Training session reviews all of the features within the Preceda Safety Module, and provides participants hands on experience at how these functions interact with the Payroll Module, specifically Worker’s Compensation Payments.

This module will help you to record Work Health and Safety data about incidents and injuries within your organisation for analyse locations, causes and times. This session will also establish the rules within Preceda to enable this Module.

  • Establish Reference Tables ready to work within the Safety Module
  • Enter and maintain Hazards and Incidents
  • Enter and maintain Corrective Actions details
  • Enter and maintain Injury Records
  • Review Injury Summaries by Employee and by Incident
  • View, maintain and Manage Workers Compensation Claims
  • Inquire on Injury Claims
  • Record and keep track of Doctors Certificates
  • Record Medical Centre Attendances
  • Report on statistics of Medical Centre Attendances
  • Process standard Workers Compensation Reconciliation Reports

Prerequisites

Participants should have completed the Preceda Introduction Training session, and should have an understanding of the Work Health & Safety policy of their organisation.
