Preceda Interactive Reporting

Interactive Reporting Suite (IRS) allows Preceda users to automatically schedule Crystal Reports™ to be emailed in an Excel or pdf format. This customised Training session will cover the key elements in establishing the rules for the Interactive Reporting Suite.

Description

At the completion of this Training session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the Interactive Reporting Suite functional and technical requirements
  • Describe the functionality of the Interactive Reporting Suite
  • Update and maintain Preceda Crystal Report Definitions used within the Interactive Reporting Suite
  • Modify an existing Preceda Advanced Crystal Report Definition
  • Establish the Output Option(s) for selected Crystal Reports
  • Download/Upload Selected Interactive Report Definitions from/to the Preceda Server
  • Process and Review Report Outputs
  • Undertake basic troubleshooting of the Interactive Reporting Suite

Prerequisites

The organisation must be licensed for the Preceda Interactive Reporting Suite, and participants should have successfully completed Preceda Introduction, Preceda Reporting Basics, and Preceda Report Automation Training prior to attending this session. An understanding of Crystal Reporting is advantageous. If various people in your organisation hold these competencies, they may all attend
